We cannot always guarantee an exchange will be possible, so exchanges are subject to item availability at the time we process your return. Not to worry though, you will be issued with a credit note or refund, if applicable in relation to our Returns Policy, if an exchange cannot be fulfilled.
Unfortunately, orders purchased with Afterpay or Zippay are not eligible for exchange.

You will need to enter your full 9 digit order number into the order number box.
For your return authorisation (RA) number please enter your order number again.

Please send the return back to us within 14 days of receiving your order in a secure bag. We ask that you also include a completed Returns Form which will inform us of your preferred resolution.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping fees, and exchange shipping fees.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with all labels/tags attached to be accepted. For health reasons, we do not accept returns on the purchase of face masks, swimwear, hosiery, or earrings unless exhibiting a genuine manufacturing fault. During sale periods, returns may take up to 10 days to process upon receipt.
