I have a gorman account
To lodge a Return, please log into your gorman account on the gorman NZ website, and click on “My Orders” to see a list of all your previous orders. Find the order you wish to return items from, and click “Return”. Complete your returns request, and if successfully completed you should see “Your return has been successfully submitted”. At the bottom of the page you can then click “Go To Returns” to print your return shipping label.
I do not have a gorman account
To lodge a Return, please go to New Guest Return, and fill out the form. At the bottom of the page you can then click “Go To Returns” to print your return shipping label.
To print your return shipping label, on the My Returns page please click “View Return” for the requested return you would like to ship. To generate the return label please click “Print RMA Shipping Label”. Once printed, please attached this to your return parcel.
To send the return parcel back, you can either go to your local New Zealand Post Office, or you can book a pick up by via:

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with all labels/tags attached to be accepted. For health reasons, we do not accept returns on the purchase of face masks, swimwear, hosiery, or earrings unless exhibiting a genuine manufacturing fault. During sale periods, returns may take up to 10 days to process upon receipt.
